Small Projects, Big Changes: Together for a Connected Future

This September, the Interreg Slovenia-Croatia Programme will once again celebrate Interreg Cooperation Day.

 

On Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 10:00, the 14th edition of this annual celebration will take place at the historic Erdödy Castle in Jastrebarsko. This year’s theme, “Small Projects, Big Changes – Together for a Connected Future”, highlights how even modest initiatives can make a real difference in strengthening connections, fostering sustainability, and improving everyday life across borders.

 

The event will feature inspiring presentations and activities from a wide range of small-scale projects co-funded under the 2021–2027 programming period, including:

  • Music Connects (Glasba povezuje)

  • Coastal Stories (Obalne priče)

  • SCHOOL4CD

  • Heritage – That’s Us (Baština to smo mi)

 

By bringing together project partners, local communities, and citizens, the event aims to demonstrate the power of cooperation in building a more connected, resilient, and innovative future for the Slovenia-Croatia border region.
