Interreg by Youth
This section talks about Interreg from the point of view of young people. How do they experience Interreg's work? How do they see Interreg's results across Europe?
Gen Z tell about Interreg
Stories of European Cooperation is a magazine written by people under 30 and edited by the Interact programme. Each story is written by an Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) reporter.
Through engaging articles and powerful visuals, the magazine shows a fresh angle to what Interreg does for people and territories across Europe.
Since the magazine started in 2018, almost 70 IVY reporters have gathered more than 15 testimonials of Europeans whose lives changed thanks to Interreg. From a refugee child in France to a woman who created a network of female enterpreneurs in Spain and a farmer in Greece, they told IVY reporters how Interreg has made a difference in their lives.
Interreg volunteers are young people from the EU and its neighbouring countries, sharing a passion for cooperation. They participate in Interreg programmes and projects through a European Commission's initiative managed by the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR).
