Cross-Border DJ Sessions Bring Serbia, Hungary and Croatia Together for IC Day

On Wednesday, 23 September 2026, Novi Sad will host what is believed to be the first event of its kind across all IC Day celebrations in Europe: a cross-border techno party uniting three DJs from three different countries on a single stage.

Held at the "Master" Congress Centre's Atrium on Hajduk Veljkova 11, the event is a joint initiative of the Interreg Hungary–Serbia and Interreg Croatia–Serbia programmes, marking Interreg Cooperation Day with a celebration of culture as much as cooperation.

The evening's centerpiece is a three-hour B2B2B DJ set, with ICKA representing Serbia, N/OBE representing Croatia, and The Stanley Maneuver representing Hungary taking turns and performing together from 20:00 to 23:00. Guests will begin arriving at 19:30 for a short welcome address introducing the programme, before the music takes over. Aimed primarily at young people but open to all citizens with free admission, the party blends grassroots cross-border collaboration with a festival atmosphere.

Beyond the music, organizers have planned a full sensory experience: free water bottles, popcorn, and branded IC Day T-shirts for all attendees, along with a photo booth to capture the night. By pairing a shared party with representatives from both partner programmes on hand to open the event, Cross Border DJ Sessions: SRB x HUN x CRO aims to show that regional cooperation can be as much about connection and creativity as it is about policy and funding.
