Interreg Cooperation Day 2026: A Celebration of Cross-Border Collaboration and Tradition

This year, the Interreg Cooperation Day under the Interreg VI-A Lithuania–Poland Programme will take place on 5 September 2026 in Augustów, at Camp Zatoka (26 Jeziorna Street, 16-300 Augustów). The event will focus on showcasing the Programme and the projects it supports, while also providing a platform for partners involved in cross-border cooperation to connect and share experiences.

A forum for the future of Interreg

The event will serve as a space for discussion on how the new Interreg programme after 2027 can better address the needs of the border region. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and insights, fostering collaboration for the future.

Cultural and traditional highlights

Alongside the annual meeting, the ‘Kleczba – Forest Honey Harvest’ initiative will take place. Organized by the Beekeepers’ Brotherhood Association - a beneficiary of the Programme - this initiative celebrates beekeeping traditions and traditional methods of harvesting forest products.

Activities for participants

The Interreg Cooperation Day will feature a variety of engaging activities, including:

  • A cruise on a Yotvingian boat
  • Interactive workshops
  • A forest treasure hunt
  • Competitions with prizes
  • A meal for all participants

Note: Seating is limited, and registration for the event is now closed.
