Book Clubs Meeting and encounter with the translator Rosa Martínez Alfaro 

Following the past encounter with Portuguese writer Luísa Sobral, three book clubs, together with many other citizens, have been reading her first novel in both Portuguese and Spanish: Nem todas as árvores morrem de pé (Dom Quixote – LeYa) / No todos los árboles mueren de pie (Lunwerg – Planeta). 

All citizens are invited to join a session featuring the book’s translator from Portuguese into Spanish, Rosa Martínez Alfaro.  

The event will be an opportunity to share impressions of the book and to ask questions about the process of translating the novel from Portuguese into Spanish. 

This event is organized in the framework of the project INTREPIDA pro that belongs to the program Interreg Poctep Spain-Portugal. It counts with European funds.
