One Day, Two Countries, Joint Adventures – Interreg Cooperation Day 2026

Join us for Interreg Cooperation Day 2026, a celebration of the Slovenia–Hungary border region through sustainable tourism, cross-border cooperation, and shared experiences.

Organised by the Interreg Slovenia–Hungary Programme together with the CROSSDEST project, the event takes place on Saturday, 19th September 2026, with activities in Hévíz (Hungary) and Murska Sobota (Slovenia).

Throughout the day, participants can choose from a variety of active and eco-friendly experiences - such as cycling tours, guided nature walks, and cultural visits - alongside local food and a firsthand look at the results of cross-border cooperation.

Participation is free, including bus transport from several locations in Slovenia and Hungary, but spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended.
