Your mission:
• You will follow up the implementation of co-financed projects and verify their progress reports.
• You will guide project applicants, provide technical advice and take part in the assessment of proposals.
• You will help foster synergies between projects and contribute to the visibility and uptake of their results.
• You will keep track of topics and developments relevant to the programme across the cooperation area.
• You will support evaluations linked to programme performance.
• You will take part in organising programme events, including giving presentations or moderating discussions.
• You will prepare documentation for programme bodies and support related decision-making processes.
• You will represent the Joint Secretariat and the programme in meetings with the European Commission, in European and alpine-wide networks, at project gatherings and at international conferences.
• You will assist programme management on matters related to programme steering, financial control, audits, communication, and preparations for the 2028–2034 period.
• You will carry out specific tasks assigned by the Head of the Joint Secretariat.
• You will supervise and mentor interns within the Joint Secretariat.
