b-solutions call extended to 30 June 2026: support available to help regions resolve cross-border obstacles

b-solutions has extended the deadline of its current call, giving public authorities and cross-border organisations more time to request support in tackling legal and administrative obstacles to cooperation. The call is now open until 30 June 2026.

The b-solutions initiative, funded by DG REGIO and managed by the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR), has extended its call for new cases until 30 June 2026. The initiative helps applicants address concrete border challenges by providing an in-depth legal analysis carried out by experts familiar with the region. This analysis identifies the root causes of the obstacle and proposes practical solutions that can be implemented by local and national actors.

To explain the extended opportunity and guide potential applicants, the b-solutions team will host an online information session on 25 February, 11:00–12:00 CET, including time for questions.

Applications can be submitted online in any European language and are assessed on a rolling basis.
